YSL Beauté hosted a one-day pop-up activation in downtown New York City celebrating three of its hero products. Centered around a bold cherry-inspired theme, the experience brought the brand’s vibrant color story to life through immersive touchpoints and product discovery moments.

The branded activation featured a custom cherry-red truck offering slushies, interactive product testing, live engraving stations, and immersive photo moments — all designed to bring the brand’s cherry-red product range to life.

Oversaw full execution including permitting, budgeting, vendor sourcing, fabrication, staffing, and on-site operations. Managed collaboration between client and agency teams to deliver a seamless, high-impact consumer experience that captured attention and drove engagement.
